Catt is currently refining her Conscious Fitness Course to offer to anyone who wants to learn these techniques, whether they are elite athletes, or weekend warriors who just want to maximize their potential in ANY sport. Catt believes that strength training is imperative for all sports and to stay more youthful and connected to our bodies. Strength training this way, asks our bodies to continually grow, adapt, and EVOLVE to new ways of being - literally pushing the evolution of body, mind and spirit!

A bit more about Catt Tripoli

My name is Catt Tripoli. Under the name Cathey Palyo, I competed in Bodybuilding with the NPC amatuer, and IFBB professional sanctions. Among many others, I won California State, USA, National, World, Ms. Universe and Ms. International Bodybuilding titles. I was on the cover of the world's premier Bodybuilding magazines, like Muscle and Fitness Mexico, Flex, Muscular Development and more. I did guest appearances around the world. I walked away from my sport in 1989 after the USA vs.USSR tour. This was the culmination of trying to form an athletes union for the women, to not only ensure drug testing protocol was equally applied to men, as well as what the women had to undergo, but also to find an equality in pay for the women. This being unsuccessful forced me to make a choice about competing in my sport. However, the love of the sport was never taken away. Today I still train in the style and techniques I outline in my book, Conscious Fitness.
