Kollman Gearhart is a motivational coach and former athlete. Growing up he was given the nickname "Big Teddy Bear" BTB due to being overweight. He was troubled by a childhood marked by his mother's addiction, and mental health challenges to then losing 100 pounds in 13 months after graduating High School and becoming a Scholarship Division 1 college tennis player. His podcast The BTB Project releases 2 episodes a week and has been streamed in over 26 countries after being launched in January 2023.
Welcome to the BTB Project (Built to Be Project): Empowering listeners to discover their purpose and live their best lives, regardless of circumstances. As a former athlete and motivational coach, Kollman spent the last 20 years inspiring thousands through his story, helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their true potential.
His journey has been shaped by various individuals of EVO who believed in him and supported him along the way. Mentors like Scott Ford who coached Kollman as a Junior in Colorado tennis helped him navigate his sports performance with tennis and master the art of how to use his eyes on the court/flow state. Scotts' impact is profound. Now as a coach and through 'The BTB Project', Kollman pays it forward by offering support and inspiration to others on their paths to success through the project podcast.
Through 'The BTB Project' and EVO Sports Collective, he connects with individuals who resonate with his story and message of resilience. Whether it's through Leading interviews for EVO Masters Series, speaking engagements, coaching sessions, or podcast interviews, we come together with a shared goal of overcoming adversity, striving towards growth and individual alignment to become the strongest versions of ourselves, and achieving personal growth.
